BUSINESS RESOURCES

Participate in the survey and enter into a draw for prizes valued at $1,500.

go2HR is the human resource and health & safety association for BC’s tourism and hospitality industry.  Even before COVID-19, the industry faced some significant human resource challenges.  We know those challenges will only increase as we emerge from the pandemic.

go2HR is responding to these challenges by undertaking an ambitious labour market research project.  The project will provide industry with up-to-date labour market information and a better understanding of both the impact of COVID-19 as well as the outlook for future growth and employment.  It will also identify actions that can be taken to further build the workforce.

In support of the study, we are asking our members to participate in a 25-minute survey.  They need to hear from a representative sample of employers across all sectors and regions of the province.  We want to make sure our employers are represented.

Take the Survey

If you participate in the survey, you will be entered into a draw for prizes valued at $1,500.  They will also provide you with a monthly update on the labour market as we recover from the pandemic and a summary of our findings.

Qatalyst Research Group is administering the survey. Any information you provide will be compiled by Qatalyst, held confidential and not shared with us or go2HR.  It will be reported only in summary form with the responses of other participants.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Judy Frankel, Communications Manager at go2HR (at jfrankel@go2hr.ca) or Jacky Zhang, Manager of Research at Qatalyst (jacky.zhang@qatalyst.ca).

Thank you for participating!
