Vancouver, BC (January 11, 2023) –  Diners can now book their tables for the 2023 Dine Out Vancouver Festival. The complete list of restaurants and their menus are now available on dineoutvancouver.com and reservations can be made through the site. Among the biggest culinary festivals in Canada, this season features the largest number of participating restaurants to date, with 370 venues taking part to showcase delectable multi-course meals within one of the Festival’s three fixed-price menu ranges: $20-34, $35-$49, or $50-$65.

The 17-day Festival runs from January 20 to February 5, 2023.

Destination Vancouver’s annual festival attracts the attention of local and international food enthusiasts alike. With great dining options, 18 featured events, and an exclusive Downtown Vancouver hotel offer, Dine Out Vancouver Festival is one of Vancouver’s most popular and well-known winter events.

“Dine Out is coming back bigger and stronger than ever, the record number of local restaurants taking part this year shows how strongly our culinary scene has been rebuilding from the challenges of the past few years. And we’re very excited to have some of Vancouver’s newly minted Michelin-starred teams hosting Vancouver World Chef Exchange dinners as part of 18 special events taking place over the three weeks”, said Royce Chwin, President & CEO, Destination Vancouver.

Enticing events around the city offer a variety of culinary experiences to savour. For early risers, the Alchemy Vancouver: Coffee, Cocktails and Craft Beer tour presented by Canadian Craft Tours is a great opportunity to learn about coffee roasting, craft distillers and breweries. If a mid-day culinary outing appeals, the Chinatown: Quest for Dim Sum tour is the perfect adventure into Vancouver’s Chinatown. Want to enjoy a unique Vancouver Aquarium visit? Experience a chef-prepared three-course meal and explore the aquarium at night with your date at the Vancouver Aquarium Dine Out Vancouver Pop-Up.

Reservations can be made and tickets to special events purchased through www.dineoutvancouver.com.
