Salmon n’ Bannock launches Feed the Spirit Campaign to help fund their second location
Salmon 'n Bannock is an Indigenous Woman Owned Bistro, and its about to spread its wings to YVR, opening their second location. This is a huge leap for a restaurant that made it through the pandemic with the magic of generosity.
Despite being hit by the pandemic, Salmon n’ Bannock prepared meals for people served by two organizations working in the Downtown Eastside. Now, they are asking for the public’s help to raise funds to cover the construction costs for the Salmon n' Bannock on the Fly at YVR and help bring Indigenous cuisine to new heights. The funds raised will be used to help share many more meals with the same two organizations, Helping Spirit Lodge Society and Rain Spirit Housing.
