Member Services Review - Focus Group Invitation
Our Member Services Review, in collaboration with Resonance Consultancy, is in full motion.
As we shared a couple of weeks ago, we are evaluating our membership model, benefits, governance, and by-laws, aiming for a new direction in early 2024. During this period, annual membership fees will remain paused until the end of 2024.
Meaningful engagement will ensure the project’s success. To kick off the first phase of that engagement, Resonance is facilitating a series of one-hour virtual focus groups over the coming weeks to gather input and ideas. We’d like to hear from you and hope you’ll join us at one of the focus groups.
To join one of the focus groups please follow the link below and note that spaces are limited for each session. If you aren't able to register because these sessions are full, please be in touch with us because we may add more sessions if there is enough interest.
Thank you in advance for being part of this process. And please contact Lucas Pavan or Cristina Hernandez at any time if you have any questions or feedback on the review

Recently, Tiffany Lau joined Destination Vancouver as Manager, Corporate Communications.
Originally from Vancouver, Tiffany has spent the past six years in Hong Kong and recently made the decision to return home and rediscover everything she loves about Vancouver.

She also led the PR strategy for their portfolio of more than 2,800 restaurants and bars, focusing on their Michelin and award-winning venues.
On the corporate communications side, she began her career in Vancouver with stints at Peak Communicators, Pace Group, and Grey Advertising before she moved to Hong Kong to work for global PR firm, Edelman. While at Edelman, she worked with clients across various industries, including Nissan INFINITI, lululemon, Salesforce, and Ernest & Young.
Tiffany has a Bachelor’s of Communications from SFU and did an exchange semester at Melbourne’s Monash University as part of that program.
